E. William Hoppe, Jr. graduated from the University of Florida with a B.A. in 1964, and from the University of Florida Law School in 1967 earning a J.D. He has been Chair of the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He is a member of the Trial Lawyers Section of The Florida Bar (Chair 1993-1994). He was a past president of the Dade County Bar Association in 1985. He served on the Eleventh Judicial Nominating Commission from 1983 - 1987, he was president of the Dade County Trial Lawyers Association in 1982, and is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar and National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Hoppe is a frequent author and lecturer and is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts, the Northern, Middle and Southern District Federal courts and the Supreme Court of the United States. |
